NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of ±38 acres of land at the intersection of Hardscrabble Road and Rimer Pond Road in Blythewood, SC. Senior brokers Tom and Tombo Milliken represented the seller, Peggy Pearce Caskey. The property will be developed for a residential subdivision.
Landtech Holdings, LLC purchased the property for $800,000.
