NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of ±444 acres of land on Old Swamp Road near Saint Matthews, SC. The property, with frontage on the Congaree River, features recreational/timberland land in Northern Calhoun County with a large shared Oxbow lake, ten deer stands, 9 established food plots, a large equipment shed and a great road system.
Tom and Tombo Milliken represented the seller, Saylor Lake LLC. Edgewood Plantation, LLC purchased the land for $711,062.
