NAI Avant consummates industrial building sale

NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of 181 Windhill Road in Columbia, SC. The ±15,000 square foot (SF) industrial warehouse building features ±13,450 SF of warehouse space and ±1,550 SF of office space. The space was leased to McCarthy Tire and is located off Monticello Road and I-20. The purchaser was represented by Roger Winn, SIOR who purchased the building for $860,000 ($57.33 per SF). NAI Avant senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR represented the seller, 3C Development LLC.
