NAI Avant facilitates Main Street Columbia office lease

NAI Avant announced the lease transaction of ±3,151 square feet (SF) of office space at 1201 Main Street. Holder, Padgett, Littlejohn & Pricket, LLC will occupy the space, represented by broker Peyton Bryant.
Holder, Padgett, Littlejohn & Pricket, LLC proudly serves businesses, employers, government entities, individuals, insurance carriers and others operating in South Carolina that require counsel for a broad range of legal issues. The firm will be relocating from 4500 Fort Jackson Boulevard to this downtown space.
