NAI Avant welcomes Scott Capell, CPM as Vice President of Property Management

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant is pleased to welcome Scott Capell, CPM as Vice President of Property Management. Leading the division, Capell will oversee nine team members managing a multimillion square foot portfolio of retail, office, medical, warehouse and industrial real estate throughout the Southeast.
Capell comes to NAI Avant with more than 23 years of experience including leadership roles at Edens & Avant, Lillibridge Healthcare Services f/k/a Cogdell Spencer, CB Richard Ellis and most recently the SC Department of Administration f/k/a SC Budget Control Board. He earned his CPM through the Institute of Real Management in 2001 and served as President of the SC chapter in 2008.
NAI Avant recently restructured its Project Management division to enhance focus on the robust construction pipeline with Rick Owen serving as Vice President of Project Management.
