March Madness fun at the State Museum all week!

Superhero Saturday, March 23
Guests are invited to dress up as their favorite superhero to experience the museum’s blockbuster, Hall of Heroes. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. special superheros will be wandering the exhibit to meet and take photos with guests.
This exciting interactive exhibit allows guests to journey through themed environments as they immerse themselves in the world of heroes, crime-fighters, gadgets and more. Guests will even get to test their own super abilities at a variety of interactive stations. Visit scmuseum.org to learn more.
Friday Night Laser Lights, March 22
The State Museum’s Friday Night Laser Lights includes exciting musical and visual experiences. In addition to laser shows, guests can immerse themselves in a full dome experience featuring eye-catching visuals set to the music of legendary bands and world-class musicians.
7 p.m. – Laser Light Show: U2
8 p.m. – Full Dome Musical Experience: Led Zeppelin
9 p.m. – Laser Light Show: Jimi Hendrix
10 p.m. – Full Dome Musical Experience: Pink Floyd – The Wall
PLEASE NOTE: These shows are not recommended for children under the age of 8.

Finn and Gladys’ Bracket Challenge
After a two year winning streak, Finn the Megalodon has challenged Gladys theGlyptodont to another #MarchMadness showdown. They’re both busy filling out their brackets, but need help from their friends to win.
Head to the State Museum’s Facebookpage Thursday, March 21, to vote on who should win this year’s challenge!
The State Museum will be open all week long for March Madness visitors to explore four floors of South Carolina art, history, natural history and science/technology.
