As a native Charlestonian, Moore has resided in the Holy City for more than 40 years and is uniquely qualified to share his perspective on downtown Charleston to Sullivan’s Island and beyond. From his years at the College of Charleston to purchasing his first home in Mount Pleasant, Moore has experienced nearly every corner of Charleston.

“I have witnessed a truly unique culture made of generosity, charm, perseverance and love for the Holy City. Charleston is blanketed with many great historical and architectural masterpieces dating back hundreds of years,” said Moore. “However, it’s the people that make Charleston one of the best places in the world to live.”

As both a resident and realtor on Sullivan’s Island, he offers an in-depth understanding of the local island market, from deep water and beachfront properties to family-friendly neighborhoods.

Schneider brings a wealth of sales, client services, and operations talent to William Means, joining the firm after selling more than $100 million in luxury properties in the fast-paced, competitive Manhattan market at Brown Harris Stevens. Originally from Bedford, NY, he attended Carnegie Mellon University. Schneider ran operations for Phillips auction house in Manhattan before making the transition to real estate.

“The way that people live in Charleston is so gracious. I love that the homes here reflect that lifestyle. Large porches seamlessly blend interior and exterior living,” said Schneider.

Schneider and his family reside on Isle of Palms and he takes great pride in sharing his love of the Charleston area with the people he meets.

Originally from a small town in the Midwest, Selvey’s career led him to live in Washington, D.C. and New York while working internationally. Selvey’s skills have been honed throughout his 25-year career, building and marketing global media and iconic luxury fashion brands.

“My work in real estate is built on relationships and stories. This starts with listening, asking the right questions, understanding what’s important to the client, and then partnering with them to achieve their goals. I truly enjoy introducing my clients to new neighborhoods and areas around Charleston,” Selvey said.

Selvey and his family currently reside on Daniel Island and enjoy playing tennis and golf, boating, fishing, and visiting Charleston’s many beaches.

William Means sold more than $220 million in Charleston area real estate in 2018, making it the company’s most successful year to date. The company has sold more than $60 million in Charleston area real estate so far this year.
