NAI Columbia announced the sale of two historic buildings totaling ±8,954 square feet located at 1216 and 1218 Taylor Street in downtown Columbia, SC. Broker John Gregory represented the buyer in the transaction.
The properties sold for $1,377,550 to GSM Properties, LLC.
