Cohn Construction Services completes Barre3 and The Nail Barre

Cohn Construction Services has completed the construction of a new multi-use facility for Barre3 and The Nail Barre located at 3006 Devine Street.
The new facility is an approximately 4,700 square foot renovation of an existing building in the Devine District. The newly renovated building will be the new downtown home of Barre3 Fitness Studio and The Nail Barre. Barre3 features a 1,228 square¬ foot fitness studio, childcare room, conference space, changing room and storage area for client’s personal belongings. The Nail Barre features four manicure and four pedicure stations, and two private rooms for the Wax and Glow Barre services.
Barre3 and The Nail Barre launch this facility on Monday, June 17th with an open house from 4pm-7pm for clients to see their new home.
