Rhythmlink is once again named a best place to work in South Carolina for the eighth consecutive year

July 8, 2019

Rhythmlink International, LLC was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for the eighth consecutive year. Currently in its 14th year, this annual program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.

This survey-and-awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in the state of South Carolina. The list is made up of 75 total companies. Rhythmlink International, LLC has been named one of this year’s Best Places to Work in South Carolina.

“We are so excited to once again be recognized as one of the best places to work in South Carolina.” says Shawn Regan, CEO of Rhythmlink International, LLC. “This is really a testament to the dedication and caring of Rhythmlink employees who make this such a wonderful place to work.”

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements, including being in business for a minimum of 1 year, having a facility in South Carolina with at least 15 employees and being a public or privately held business.

The ranked companies will be recognized at a reception and dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 1, 2019, and the rankings will be published in the August 2019 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
