August 19, 2019

NP Strategy, a strategic communications subsidiary of the Nexsen Pruet Law firm , announced the hiring of Alfred (“Al”) Leach to Senior Advisor at NP Strategy. In this capacity, Leach will grow the firm’s client base into the Research Triangle and support the Raleigh office. He will work with the Charlotte NP Strategy team to extend client services across North Carolina.

Leach brings to NP Strategy more than two decades of advisory experience in strategic communications, corporate transactions, and crisis management. His career spans leadership roles focused on business transformation initiatives at Deloitte, Dun & Bradstreet, and The New York Times and global agency work for Burson-Marsteller where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and crisis management to Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations across a spectrum of industries and geographies. Most recently he served as President of Leach Advisors, a Raleigh-based business consulting firm.

“NP Strategy resides at a very rare apex –combining the intellectual resources of strategy, communications and the law to help businesses see around corners and advance their growth,” said Leach.

Leach resides in Chapel Hill with his family. He is a graduate of Connecticut College, and currently sits on the boards of Passage Home, a poverty alleviation non-profit in Raleigh, and Kidzu Children’s Museum in Chapel Hill.
