Amy Coward, APR, Fellow PRSA elected to serve as secretary on Public Relations Society of America 2020 Board of Directors

Amy Coward, APR, Fellow PRSA, has been elected to serve as secretary on the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) 2020 Board of Directors.

Coward, vice president of Public Relations at Prisma Health Midlands Foundation, has served on the PRSA board as Southeast director for four years. She has been elected to serve as secretary for a one-year term.

“I am excited about my election as secretary and am looking forward to serving in a leadership role on the PRSA board,” said Coward. “There is much work to be done moving the Society forward, and I am honored to be a part of it.”

Coward graduated from the University of Florida and completed her master’s degree in public relations at the University of South Carolina. She has worked with the Foundation for 14 years and has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations.
