Immedion welcomes Alex Elmi as Site Operations Engineer in Columbia

Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of cloud, data center and managed IT services, announced the hiring of Alex Elmi as Site Operations Engineer for their Columbia location. In his new role, Alex will be responsible for provisioning and managing the technical delivery of Immedion’s colocation and managed services offerings to Columbia-based customers.
Alex, who is CompTIA A+, Network+ and ITIL certified, joins Immedion with 10 years of IT experience. In his most recent role, Alex was a Workstation Support Analyst at DPP Professionals for Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC where he deployed upgrades for the client’s environment. He has also served as Network Technician for South Carolina Department of Public Safety. Alex completed Advanced Technical Training in the US Navy and is currently pursuing a BSIT at Western Governors University.
