Stantec expands Transportation and Community Development teams in South Carolina

Stantec, a leading global design and engineering firm, has welcomed two professionals to its growing Transportation and Community Development teams in Charleston.

Tilley Bull has joined Stantec as a senior transportation engineer in its Transportation practice. He brings more than 24 years of experience working on transportation projects for private development, counties, municipalities, and SCDOT. He is proficient in project management, roadway design, and roadway construction methods. Tilley is a Mount Pleasant resident, a graduate of Clemson University, and a registered engineer in South Carolina.

Andrew Boynton has joined the firm’s Community Development practice as a site development engineer. His professional experience includes ADA ramp and sidewalk design, complete streets initiative projects, and onsite inspection and construction management for the City of Boston. He is also well-versed in estimating & bid proposal development and citywide pavement management. Andrew relocated from Stantec’s Burlington, MA office and is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
