Tony Timmerman is Broker in Charge of Home Advantage Realty’s recently opened Chapin office. Tony’s years of work experience both in and out of real estate allow him to guide both his buyer and seller clients through even the most complex transactions.
Tony’s dedication to his clients shows from the moment he begins working with them. For example, Amy and Greg, whom Tony began representing on August 1, recently relocated to Columbia from Massachusetts on a tight timeline, having just a few days to find the perfect house. To make matters more complicated, like many folks these days, they were only able to make one trip to see the 4 houses on their short list.

They made an offer on one and were under contract by August 24. Soon after, Amy and Greg arrived in Lexington and saw their new home for the first time. By 10 am the following day, they were closed.
