Marchant Real Estate welcomes four new agents

In its commitment to the Upstate community as a leader within the real estate industry, Marchant Real Estate announced the addition of four new agents: Laura Marchant Williams, Landon Moorehead, Andrea Sarvis, and Nicholas Arnold.

 

Laura Marchant Williams, a third generation Upstate native, joins Marchant Real Estate with a professional career in sales and business development, and holds a BFA in Interior Design. With strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex circumstances, she knows how best to advocate on her clients’ behalf. Laura has a strong network of connections and she values cultivating new relationships while also nurturing existing ones.

 

Landon Moorehead is an advocate for community outreach, and as such is committed to treating each and every person he meets with authenticity and integrity. His background in corporate sales affords him with proven negotiating expertise and strong communication skills for the benefit of his clients. He brings a service-oriented mindset into his professional career, and enjoys getting to know his clients’ unique personal preferences and pursuits.

 

Andrea Sarvis joins the Marchant Real Estate team with extensive knowledge of Greenville, a loyal commitment to clients, and a strong background in real estate. An Upstate native, she has amassed valuable experience in both buying and selling. With her philosophy of “trust the magic of new beginnings,” Andrea is committed to helping her clients find fresh and exciting beginnings while providing deliberate care and attention.

 

Nicholas Arnold joins Marchant Real Estate with experience in customer service for a nationally recognized brand. Nick is excited to use his transferable skills in real estate, assisting clients with his top customer service talents and passion for problem solving. His background in Business Management makes him a great fit for Marchant Real Estate and an essential asset to both the team and clients.

Marchant Real Estate was founded by Seabrook Marchant in 1993 after working for another local real estate agency for 25 years. The company was initially involved in new home sales and subdivision development. However, within a few years, the company expanded to include general brokerage and property management. Seabrook’s son, Brian, joined the company in 1995 shortly after graduating from Wofford College and today serves as the company’s CFO and partner in Marchant Property Management, LLC.

Seabrook’s nephew, Tom, joined the company in 2005 and today serves as Vice President for Advertising/Marketing. Seabrook’s wife, Anne, joined the company in 2007. Today she serves as the company’s Business Manager as well as a partner in Marchant Property Management, LLC.
