Cason Development Group repurposes building for Results Fitness

Cason Development Group is redeveloping a 3,000-square-foot building at 4326 Wildcat Road in the Rosewood-Garners Ferry Road-Devine Street district for the home of Results Fitness, a new venture by area fitness instructor Robert Simmons.
The adaptive reuse project will transform the building, which Cason recently purchased and has been vacant for over a decade. Boyer Construction is the general contractor and SEED Architecture is the architect for the project. The building, which is next to the McDonalds on Garners Ferry Road, is expected to be completed in time for a summer opening.
“We’ve been working with Robert for close to a year to find the perfect space and through our partnerships with Boyer and SEED we were able to find the perfect building that fit Robert’s long term goals,” said Cason Development Group’s Taylor Wolfe.
Simmons began his career with Jamie Scott Fitness in 2013 teaching exercise classes and providing personal training for select clients. In May 2020 Simmons decided to go out on his own as a personal trainer through a partnership with Stronghold Gym. He continued to grow his client base and developed a plan to open his own facility: Results Fitness.
Results Fitness will offer personal training and treadmill-based group classes of 18-24. The personal training sessions will use free weights and various fitness machines.
“My goal is to bridge the gap between personal training and the class sessions and get to know the people in classes because I believe that is the best way for me to build relationships and for people to start seeing results,” Simmons said. “On a personal level, I want to normalize exercise again. People think they can use social media and figure fitness out, and there is a lot of false information out there.”
