CBRE welcomes Tim Raber as a new Industrial Broker in Charleston

CBRE announced that Tim Raber has joined CBRE in Charleston. Mr. Raber joined the Charleston-based Industrial & Logistics team led by Bob Barrineau and Brendan Redeyoff as a Vice President, where he will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the area.
“Tim will continue to enhance our strong presence in the Charleston market. He brings exceptional expertise to the industrial sector through his industry knowledge and creative solutions that meet his client’s needs,” said Steve Smith, managing director of CBRE’s South Carolina business.
Mr. Raber has six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, where he serviced industrial clients throughout the Southeast. Most recently, he worked for Bridge Commercial for the past six years. Mr. Raber graduated from Florida Atlantic University College of Business, where he lettered for three years in football.
