Adam Artigliere elected to Palmetto Land Title Association board

Burr & Forman LLP Greenville-based partner Adam R. Artigliere has been elected to the board of directors of the Palmetto Land Title Association (PLTA). The association, composed of title insurance underwriters and agents, attorneys, and other real estate business professionals, has represented the title industry in South Carolina for more than 40 years. PLTA provides advocacy, continuing education, networking and business opportunities, publications and other resources, and scholarships to members and students interested in the field.
“I am honored that I was chosen to serve the PLTA membership and the title industry,” Artigliere said. “The association plays a vital role advancing professional standards and ethics to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of property ownership, and I look forward to leveraging my knowledge and experience to further PLTA’s mission.”
Artigliere is a member of the firm’s real estate practice and focuses on commercial real estate, lending, economic development, and local government. He regularly assists buyers, sellers, developers, and others with all types of commercial real estate matters and represents lenders in connection with commercial loans. Artigliere counsels a wide array of domestic and international clients who are looking to acquire or sell property in South Carolina. In addition, he has extensive experience in South Carolina title insurance, economic development, intergovernmental cooperation, zoning and land use, and code interpretation.
Artigliere received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
