Michael Duganier, President, COO, Founding Partner, All In Hospitality
Last week, the City of Columbia in partnership with the Vista Guild hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the newest business in the Vista district, Boku Kitchen and Saloon. Boku is an Asian and ramen themed restaurant that offers a family friendly atmosphere. Their menu includes a wide variety of Asian cuisine including wok dishes, noodles/ramen, soups, salads, and more.
The owner of Boku, Michael Duganier, has also brought two other restaurants to Columbia, Publico at Bull Street (which opened this year). And Publico Kitchen & Tap in Five Points. Both Publicos offer Latin-Asian inspired dishes like tacos, quesadillas, and burritos – as well as ramen dishes, poke bowls, sushi, and many other flavorful selections. Both have fabulous outdoor spaces that are dog friendly.
Here is our full conversation with Michael Duganier. You can also listen to this on Apple and Spotify podcasts. Just look for the WhoOnTheMove SC podcast.
