Experience Required: 3 year bartending experience; extensive wine and beer knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- ensure bar is set up for each service
- maintaining bar cleanliness and organization
- overseeing beverage quality
- maintain consistency in drink recipes
- verify ID to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met
- properly and securely process payments
