Chloe Spitzer named Top Five Teacher of the Year Finalist

Charleston County School District (CCSD) announced the 2022-2023 Top Five Teacher of the Year Finalists last month. Over the course of this week (Teacher Appreciation Week), we will introduce each finalist in an in-depth feature article and video highlighting their lives and careers.

Meet Chloe Spitzer who is the Band Director at Camp Road Middle School. Spitzer understands that community is important, especially when working with middle school students. That’s why she prioritizes a community atmosphere and welcoming environment in her band program; her students feel included and connected.
