New Hyundai Service Center coming to West Ashley

A new Hyundai Service Center is scheduled to open later this summer in West Ashley. Todd Garrett, CCIM, SIOR, Tradd Varner, SIOR, David Newman, and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Granite Canyon Partners, in the leasing of 8,179 SF of industrial space to Hyundai. Zach Lord of NAI Charleston represented the tenant.
