LPD Foundation Fall Festival sponsorships

Chief Terrence Green is excited to announce that planning continues for our upcoming Lexington Police Department Foundation Fall Festival, which will be held at the Icehouse Amphitheater and Pavilion on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We are seeking sponsorships from local businesses, restaurants, and organizations who would like to participate in this fun fall-themed, community-focused event.

This is a ticketed event that will be limited to 2,000 attendees. Tickets are $5 each, and children five years and under are free. A ticket covers everything the event offers, including games, rides, food, music, and a costume contest with prizes for children and adults.

All title sponsorships for this event have been taken and we appreciate the support of Budget Blinds, Legacy Martial Arts, State Credit Union, and Old Mill Chiropractic & Family Wellness.

We are seeking out a limited number of event sponsors, which are $250 each. Since this is a fall event, we are asking sponsors to decorate and wear costumes for the occasion and will hold a contest for the best sponsor booth. The contest winner will receive a complimentary sponsorship to our most significant annual events, including our 2024 LPD Foundation Golf tournament, 2024 National Night Out, and the 2024 LPD Foundation Fall Festival.

In preparation for this event, we are looking for restaurants or food trucks interested in providing samples and refreshments. Restaurants providing food or drinks for the event will not pay a sponsorship fee as they are asked not to charge for food during the event.

We will not accept political candidates or organizations as sponsors for this event.

Sponsorships are limited, and donations are used to cover the various expenses of this event.

The Lexington Police Department Foundation, a 501(c)(3) foundation, furthers the work of our officers, department, and community-focused programs. The ongoing support from event sponsors, community partners, and the Town of Lexington community is greatly appreciated.
