The primary purpose of this position is to assist the admissions/enrollment services office with the creation of publications, letters, presentations, programs and specific website updates for the recruitment of students. The position is also responsible for preparing the campus academic catalog.
• Writes, designs and edits all newsletters, brochures, banners and fliers needed to enhance student recruitment efforts, including printed and electronic formats.
• Writes, edits, and designs all content for CRM to assist with recruitment efforts.
• Prepares and updates campus catalog and enrollment services webpages to ensure content is accurate.
• Requests bids for printing and promotional items. Prepares paperwork for purchasing in coordination with purchasing office and vendors to ensure best price and quality of print and paper.
• Assists with recruitment events and presentations to provide quality experience for students.
• Writes, designs and edits letters needed to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material. Successful background check is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Slate or other CRM Systems.
Salary:
$49,396 – $53,471; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
