Jamie Frost rejoins Alliance Consulting Engineers as Senior VP

Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc., a Columbia, South Carolina-based civil and environmental engineering firm, announced the return of James “Jamie” W. Frost, II, P.E., as Senior Vice President.

Frost, a registered professional engineer, played an integral role in the growth of the firm, having first joined Alliance Consulting Engineers in 2004 as project manager. During that time, he was promoted to Senior Project Manager, later becoming a Shareholder and Vice President before leaving the firm in 2016 to pursue an opportunity with the South Carolina Power Team.
In this new role, Frost will focus on business development, site civil and environmental engineering, consulting, due diligence, master planning and land development of industrial, commercial, institutional, residential and recreational development projects in the southeast.
Frost brings with him a reputation as one of the most well-respected civil engineers in the state with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Over the last 27 years, Frost has played an instrumental role in the development of over 100 winning sites for the benefit of economic development within South Carolina.
He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has previously served as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and Chair of the City of Columbia Planning Commission and actively serves in leadership capacities with the South Carolina Economic Developers Association (SCEDA) and Central SC Committee of 100.
