Registration Now Open for the 19th Annual Flight of the Dove 2024

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 3, 2024, as the 19th Annual Flight of the Dove cycling and fundraising event is set to take place at Bailey Memorial Stadium in Clinton, SC. Organized by VIA Health Partners of Laurens County, this much-anticipated event supports the essential services and programs provided by the organization.

Drawing riders from many other states, the Flight of the Dove features three distinct routes to cater to riders of all levels: a metric century (62 miles), a 30-mile ride, and a 14-mile leisure ride. Additionally, a 50-mile variation of the metric century is offered to provide even more options for participants. Repeat riders know this event to be well-organized, challenging, and fun, attracting cyclists from all walks of life. The SAG-supported rides include well-stocked rest stops along the routes, ensuring riders’ comfort and safety throughout the journey. The event concludes with lunch for all participants.

Friday, August 2

• 4:00 – 6:00 PM: Rider Packet Pick-up

Saturday, August 3 – Event Day

• 6:45 AM: Same Day Registration Opens / Packet Pick-up
  Located in front of concession stands under Bailey Memorial Stadium
• 7:50 AM: Road Conditions Report and Prayer
  Located at the traffic circle
• 7:55 AM: Live Dove Release by Homeward Angels
  Doves will be located in the grass circle in front of the stadium
• 8:00 AM: Metric Century Riders Depart
• 8:05 AM: 50/30 Mile Riders Depart
• 8:10 AM: 14 Mile Riders Depart
