Avenue | Table 301 welcomes Chef Tanner Marino and Bethany Carter

The popular rooftop event space in downtown Greenville introduces Marino as executive chef and Carter as director of operations and hospitality
Tanner Marino returns to Table 301 as the Executive Chef for Avenue. In his previous role as Executive Chef at Hartness Hotel | Patterson Restaurant, Marino fine-tuned his planning, techniques, and ingredient-sourcing abilities.

Leveraging his more than 21 years of luxury venue experience, Marino continues to push the boundaries of the art of catering and thrills his guests with memorable experiences.
His journey with Table 301 began in 2007 and continued until 2012 when he ventured out to cultivate new talents and techniques in the notable kitchens of The Umstead Hotel and Spa, Westin Chattanooga and, most recently, Hotel Hartness | Patterson Restaurant.
Bethany Carter
Bethany Carter enters her new role as Director of Operations and Hospitality for Avenue | Table 301, bringing more than 24 years of hospitality experience. Carter made a splash in Greenville’s hospitality industry, learning and flourishing in some of Greenville’s leading venues including Darden Restaurant Group, Soby’s, Huguenot Mill and Loft, Euphoria, Charleston Wine and Food Festival and Highlands Food and Wine Festival. With a focus on hospitality, Carter brings her unique inspiration to Avenue | Table 301 events, including corporate events and gatherings, rehearsal dinners, weddings and more.
