John Cuttino elected 2024-2025 President of the NFJE

John E. Cuttino elected 2024-25 President of the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence.

Gallivan White Boyd (GWB) announced that John E. Cuttino has been elected as the 2024-2025 President of the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence (NFJE).

The NFJE was founded by the Defense Research Institute (DRI) 20 years ago for the purpose of providing elite education to the nation’s state court appellate judges. John was elected during the NFJE Annual Symposium held in Washington, D.C. earlier this month, attended by over 100 state court appellate judges from across the country.

John is a partner in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office. He has more than 40 years of experience as a trial attorney in the state and federal courts of South Carolina. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict and has participated in appeals the South Carolina courts and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation practice includes the defense of personal injury, design and construction defects, toxic and mass torts, products liability and professional negligence matters.
