Palmetto Peanut Boil – Saturday, Sept 28

Come join an afternoon of family fun at the upcoming Palmetto Peanut Boil, now in its 17th year. The event will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 12-6PM on the 2900 block of Devine Street. As always, admission is free and all proceeds from the sale of food and beverages will go the Animal Mission of the Midlands.

This annual event highlights some of the best cooks and recipes in South Carolina, with teams competing for the honor of winning the championship trophy and a year’s worth of bragging rights. To complement the competition, the Peanut Boil will also feature live music, food, kids’ entertainment, and leashed pets are always welcome.
