Clinton High School Girls Tennis Dominates Columbia High, 7-0

The Clinton High School girls’ tennis team delivered a commanding 7-0 victory over Columbia High School in their latest matchup.

In singles play, Libby Dailey, Addy Derrick, Merin Orr, Deborah Goldman, and Kayleigh Lawson all secured decisive wins, with Dailey, Derrick, and Orr each sweeping their opponents 6-0, 6-0.

In doubles, the duo of Dailey and Derrick dominated their match 6-0, 6-0, while Abby McMurray and Savannah Fountain rounded out the victory with a 6-0, 6-1 win.

Clinton High’s overall record stands at 2-1, with a 2-0 record in Region III. Their next match is on Tuesday, September 24, at Chester High School.
