Advantage Media Group Aims to Serve 1,000 Authors by 2018

CHARLESTON, SC For Advantage Media Group, January 2014 marked the start of an ambitious company-wide plan named The Road to 1,000. The entire organization is now galvanized around the goal of growing to serve 1,000 authors per year by December 31, 2018.
In 2013, Advantage published nearly 100 books. Growing to 1,000 means multiplying the organization ten times, in 5 years, while maintaining high levels of quality, care, and author-centric service. To do that, the company underwent a strategic analysis of systems and platforms to support productivity and efficiency.
To prepare for growth, Advantage made significant investments in technology to help organize, systematize, and streamline the business, so that serving more authors is not only manageable but scalable.
