These acquisitions are a significant step toward the preservation of the area’s natural beauty and ecological integrity.
The two properties, totaling 16.32 acres in size, are not just any pieces of land; they are integral parts of John Island’s environmental heritage. 4346 Betsy Kerrison Parkway boasts a sprawling 13.32 acres, while 4368 Betsy Kerrison Parkway, the former home of Rosebank Farms, encompasses 3 acres of land.
In addition to their representation in this acquisition, Akers Ellis Real Estate has gone a step further to support the Kiawah Conservancy’s mission. The company is thrilled to announce the donation of the entirety of its real estate commissions from this transaction, amounting to $61,500, to the Kiawah Conservancy. This generous contribution will help further the Conservancy’s efforts in preserving and protecting the natural resources and wildlife habitats on Kiawah Island.
