Kiawah Island, SC- Akers Ellis Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has had the distinct privilege of representing the Kiawah Conservancy in their successful acquisition of two remarkable properties on Johns Island, 4368 Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 4346 Betsy Kerrison Parkway. These acquisitions are a significant step toward the preservation of the area’s natural beauty and ecological integrity.
The two properties, totaling 16.32 acres in size, are not just any pieces of land; they are integral parts of John Island’s environmental heritage. 4346 Betsy Kerrison Parkway boasts a sprawling 13.32 acres, while 4368 Betsy Kerrison Parkway, the former home of Rosebank Farms, encompasses 3 acres of land.
In addition to their representation in this acquisition, Akers Ellis Real Estate has gone a step further to support the Kiawah Conservancy’s mission. The company is thrilled to announce the donation of the entirety of its real estate commissions from this transaction, amounting to $61,500, to the Kiawah Conservancy. This generous contribution will help further the Conservancy’s efforts in preserving and protecting the natural resources and wildlife habitats on Kiawah Island.
