AllSouth Federal Credit Union purchases two new Columbia locations

AllSouth Federal Credit Union will locate in the Forest Acres and Killian Road markets.

Two of Columbia’s more popular retail submarkets will soon have new AllSouth Federal Credit Union banking locations. Colliers International | South Carolina’s J.P. Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith represented AllSouth in the purchase of the new sites. The first location is 2095 North Beltline Boulevard in the Forest Acres submarket, while the second is in the developing Killian’s Crossing lifestyle center on Killian Road near Interstate 77.

Both AllSouth additions will join popular retailers in prime locations. Killian’s Crossing, a 400-acre development just off I-77, is anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express and other restaurants, with a new Hampton Inn under construction. Meanwhile, the Forest Acres location is in front of Richland Mall and close to Kroger, Walgreens and Moe’s Southwest Grill.

“We are happy to assist AllSouth Federal Credit Union in their expansion into two dynamic markets. Forest Acres and the Killian Road Market both have limited availability, which made it tough to secure these locations. We feel that both locations are well positioned to serve AllSouth’s members,” said Scurry.

AllSouth Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative proudly serving over nine counties in the Midlands of South Carolina. They work directly and indirectly with a variety of organizations throughout their service area to provide financial and in-kind contributions to the Midlands. The newest Columbia additions will join 23 other AllSouth Federal Credit Union banking locations.
