Andrew Anderson joins Purpose Equity
August 24, 2023Purpose Equity, a mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) advisory firm that helps business owners transition their companies either through sale or other exit strategy, has added Andrew Anderson as Vice President. Anderson joined the firm earlier this year.

Prior to joining Purpose Equity, Anderson was a member of Piper Sandler’s Services & Industrials Investment Banking Group in Charlotte, N.C., where he was involved in a range of M&A and capital raising advisory services for middle market, private equity-backed companies. Previously, he was a part of the Capital Markets Department at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in Columbia, where he was involved in providing debt financing to U.S. agriculture, agribusiness, and rural infrastructure.

Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wofford College and a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler.
A native of Spartanburg, Anderson lives in Columbia, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting outdoors as much as possible.
