The Back to Roots Gathering aims to remind attendees of the important traditional roots that connect us to our community, environment, and ourselves. By offering a variety of classes, discussions, demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with leaders in their fields, the event will empower guests to implement these practices in their lives, homes, and communities.

Meet the Owners of Barefoot Acres
In 2019, Troy and Jody took a leap of faith and purchased a 52-acre farm, embarking on a mission to cultivate and provide fresh, seasonal produce to their community and local markets. With four high tunnels on the farm, their commitment to regenerative farming techniques shines through. Their farm also embraces the rearing of heritage meats, honoring traditions and flavors of the past. Through their efforts, they continue to inspire others to connect with the land, fostering a healthier and more mindful way of living.
