Barnhill joins Callison Tighe as Of Counsel

COLUMBIA, SC – Edward D. “Butch” Barnhill Jr., a veteran attorney with decades of experience, has joined Callison Tighe as of counsel. His practice will focus on real estate, probate and business. He’s also a South Carolina Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.
Barnhill has practiced for more than 40 years in Columbia, primarily representing clients in real estate transactions, developments and litigation. He’s been involved in some of the largest commercial real estate deals in the country’s history. He’s also a licensed real estate broker, a credential and experience that gives him a firm grasp of the process.
His probate practice includes wills, trusts and litigation. As a business attorney, he assists with formation of closely held corporations as well as with 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organizations.
