Blueberry Banana Smoothie

That’s right, dust off your blender! Smoothies are complete meals in a cup and a great breakfast on the go for busy kids!

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 small banana
1/2 cup low-fat blueberry yogurt
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Blend the blueberries, banana, yogurt, orange juice and ice in a blender. (If too thick, add a little water or more juice until desired consistency is met).
