Brew in the Zoo Tickets on Sale Now

GREENVILLE, SC – May 5, 2014 – The Greenville Zoo invites zoo-goers to tap into the wild at the 5^th annual Brew in the Zoo presented by RJ Rockers. The fundraising event set for Friday, May 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. provides adults with the opportunity to sample an assortment of beers and enjoy live music, all while exploring the zoo during its after hours. 

Guests will receive a small souvenir tasting mug to use in sampling beers provided by RJ Rockers and Greenco. The event will also feature live musical entertainment from Benton Blount and a variety of food from Texas Roadhouse, Couture Cakes and Skin Daddy’s BBQ.

Admission to Brew in the Zoo is $35 in advance and can be purchased online at www.greenvillezoo.com or at the Greenville Zoo Ticket Booth. Tickets can also be purchased for $45 the day of the event. Proceeds from Brew in the Zoo will help support various programs throughout the zoo, including exhibit renovations and general operations. Brew in the Zoo is open to adults 21 years old and older, and a photo ID will be required to enter. There is no limit on the number of samples of beer provided to guests, but responsible drinking is encouraged. Designated driver tickets are also available for $15. Brew in the Zoo will take place rain or shine.
