Bobby Carrier, Vice President of Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services, announces that they have been engaged to manage the office property at 474 Wando Park Blvd in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The property is a 34,056 square foot Class A, two story office building.
Senior Property Manager, Robert Rowan, CPM, LEED-AP will lead the management team and Cindy Ecleberry will manage tenant relations and accounting assisted by Jennifer Polk.
