Caliber Real Estate’s Collier speaking at APT US&C Annual Conference

Caliber Real Estate’s Racquel Collier will be one of the main speakers addressing affordable housing next month at the 2024 The Association of Public Treasurers of the United States & Canada.
The APT US&C Annual Conference will be held in Greenville August 11 through 14, and Collier will be part of a panel speaking about the role of treasurers in creating more affordable housing. More than 200 professionals are expected to attend.
Collier is the president of Caliber Real Estate, a local development firm specializing in residential subdivisions, multifamily communities, and asset management. When it comes to real estate development, Caliber takes a comprehensive approach to include interests like food, art, media and people to yield meaningful projects.
“We are seeing a greater interest and desire to create more affordable housing across the country,” Collier said. “That’s a great thing, but we have a lot of work to do. There is no super template for success, but the goal is to share the concepts that are working.”
