Callison Tighe’s McDaniel elected to SC Bar House of Delegates

Kathleen McDaniel, a member of Callison Tighe and Robinson, has been elected to the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates.

As a member of the House of Delegates, McDaniel will help set policy for the 15,000-member South Carolina Bar. Her term representing the Fifth Judicial Circuit begins July 1.

McDaniel joined Callison Tighe in 2007. Her practice focuses on government and environmental law. She represents a range of clients, from agencies to businesses to private citizens. She’s a past member of the Richland County Planning Commission, and she currently serves as Richburg town attorney.

A native of South Carolina, McDaniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a master’s from the University of Georgia. She earned a Juris Doctor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Fellow alumni honored her in 2012 with the prestigious Compleat Lawyer Silver Award.
