Camp M.A.T.E.S. presents the second annual Soda City Fitness Festival at the Soda City Farmers Market on March 31st, 2018

The 2nd annual Soda City Fitness Festival is set-up to be an outstanding event bringing together fitness studios from around the Midlands in the heart of the Soda City Farmers Market on March 31st, 2018.
With live fitness demonstrations from 8 fitness studios, a “Fitness Challenge”, raffle and more than 30 health related Vendors, the Soda City Fitness Festival will showcase many of the “Fitness & Wellness” options available in the Capital City!
100% of proceeds benefit the local Camp M.A.T.E.S. charity to sponsor more campers, provide adequate food, physical activity and grant more scholarships!.
Founded in 2010, Camp M.A.T.E.S. (Merging Activities To Enhance Social Skills) is a non-profit theory-driven sports, socials skills and nutritional Summer camp for children and adolescents with social skills deficits, including but not limited to ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities and other developmental disabilities. Camp M.A.T.E.S. runs each Summer, from June to August.
In addition to supporting a great cause, the Soda City Fitness Festival will provide participants with free workouts and the option to participate in the $15 Fitness Festival Challenge (FFC)! The FFC will have participants visit each of our 8 Platinum Partner booths in Boyd Plaza and perform short 1 minute “fitness tasks” at each one.
By completing the challenge, participants will win a surprise and delight from lululemon Columbia as well as swag from all participating gyms including fee classes and a special Camp MATES koozie! $5 raffles are also up for grabs that include months of free fitness and other goodies.
There will be 10 Platinum health & wellness vendors in Boyd Plaza who will be doing thirty-minute demonstrations (except the 2 food vendors who will be selling food all day). Sponsors include Rooted in Wellbeing, Burn Boot Camp, Pure Barre, Jamie Scott Fitness, barre3, Orangetheory Fitness, CrossFit Soda City and CycleRow! An additional 30+ other fitness and wellness vendors will be present across Hampton street. Rosewood Market and Primal Gourmet will be serving food all day!
