Capitol Consultants hires Government Affairs professional

COLUMBIA, SC – Capitol Consultants announced that Rich Parsons has joined the firm as a member of the Government Relations team.
Mr. Parsons earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Saint Anselm College. Mr. Parsons began his political career after he successfully turned a college internship into a full-time job as a Legislative Aide for the New Hampshire Senate, where he served on the Commerce and the Energy and Natural Resources Committees. He provided valuable assistance in rewriting New Hampshire’s telecommunications laws and the state’s Renewable Portfolio Standard. Immediately prior to joining Capitol Consultants, he worked as a Government Relations Advisor at Rath, Young, and Pignatelli in Concord, New Hampshire.
Mr. Parsons brings a diverse set of public and private experience to the team. Coupled with his extensive experience in a wide range of subjects from health care to public utilities, he brings a unique and welcome set of skills to the Government Relations Team.
