COLUMBIA, SC – June 3, 2009 – Carolina Care Plan members can now have fresh organic vegetables, herbs and micro greens delivered directly to their homes through a new partnership with The Chef’s Garden, a family-run farm who currently provides produce to well-known South Carolina restaurants including Charleston Grill and Circa 1886.
