Cason Development now leasing new commercial space in Forest Acres

Cason Development Group announces Level Fitness as the first tenant for Brentwood Park, 1514 Brentwood Drive in Forest Acres, a 14,720-square-foot commercial building developed by Cason.
The two-story commercial building includes 8,400 square feet of contiguous space on the first floor and 6,300 square feet on the second plus a 2,022-square-foot covered terrace. The outdoor terrace can be offered as an amenity to a restaurant, wine bar, office tenant or other user. Outdoor dining options are also available on the first floor.
Level Fitness, founded by Columbia fitness trainers Hannah Buckner and Lilly Greenhalgh, will occupy 2,295 square feet on the first floor in Suite C. The business partners hope to open the new facility in late October or early November, Buckner said. Level Fitness is already open in temporary quarters on Devine Street.
Level Fitness will offer classes in Lagree Fitness training, a low-impact, high intensity spring-based machine resistance workout. They will also offer hot yoga and hot-mat Pilates, along with individual private sessions. “The style of fitness that we offer is for all bodies. That’s really what we push, that anybody can do it,” said Buckner.
“Hannah and Lilly are two of the most knowledgeable and attentive fitness instructors in Columbia,” said Sutton Barrow, leasing and property management agent with Cason Development Group. “I have personally enjoyed taking their Lagree Fitness classes and believe they will be extremely successful with Level in Forest Acres and here at Brentwood.”
Garvin Design Group was the building architect and Boyer Commercial Construction was the general contractor. Engineering was done by LandPlan Group South.

The building is part of a mixed-use project at Forest and Brentwood drives that includes 11 townhomes called Rigby Square, built by Wilson Co., a local infill residential developer, and marketed by Wilson Real Estate. Four of the townhomes have been completed; three have been sold, and one remains for sale. Wilson Co. has started construction on the remaining seven.
The property, three miles from downtown Columbia and in close proximity to the ever-improving Forest Acres retail corridor, offers quick access to I-77 and Fort Jackson.
