CBRE’s Campbell Lewis, SIOR, achieves designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®

Campbell Lewis, a senior associate with CBRE, has achieved the SIOR Industrial Specialist designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,000 commercial real estate professionals, 2,800 of whom have earned the coveted SIOR designation.

To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Lewis had to complete at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
“Earning this SIOR designation is an honor and I am fortunate to have had great mentors throughout my career who emphasized the significance of it,” said Mr. Lewis. “SIOR and CBRE have aligned principles in education, ethics, and professionalism, an overall great fit for me.”

Mr. Lewis specializes in both landlord and tenant representation of industrial properties in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. He focuses on leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties. Since joining CBRE in 2011, he has been involved in multiple sale and leasing transactions of commercial properties in the Upstate, totaling over 5 million sq. ft. Mr. Lewis is part of a team with great local market expertise, supported by industry-leading econometric forecasting, market research and specialized expertise to help clients make informed decisions.

Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 630 cities in 29 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
