Changes to Utility Payment Process in Clinton, SC

The City of Clinton has announced changes to the process of accepting utility payments, effective July 31, 2024. In a recent communication, residents were informed that utility payments will no longer be accepted at Arthur State Bank in Clinton.
Moving forward, payments can be made in person at the Utility Billing Office located at 300 W. Pitts Street. Alternatively, residents can mail their payments to PO Drawer 748, Clinton, SC 29325. For added convenience, there is a drop box located on the side of the Utility Billing Office where payments can be deposited at any time.
Additionally, payments will still be accepted at TD Bank and can also be made online through the secure website myusagepayments.com/utility/SCCLI.
The City of Clinton regrets any inconvenience this change may cause and encourages residents to reach out to the Utility Billing Office with any questions or concerns. The office is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and assisting residents with the new payment options.
