CHS Boys Cross Country Finishes Third in First Meet of the Year

The Clinton High Boys Cross Country team had a strong showing in their first meet of the year, finishing third out of 17 teams.

In the Varsity Race, the Top 7 runners were:

William Reid, 4th over all with a personal recod time of 17:12

Charlie Cody, 9th overall with a time of 17:39

Sam Gearheart, 24th overall with a time of 18:36

Gage Dominick, 31st overall with a time of 19:07

Juan Vera, 55th overall with a time of 20:49

Henry Cody, 58th ovaerll with a time of 21:06

Bennet Nolan, 64th overall with a time of 21:17

In the JV Race, the top 5 runners were:

Cooper Stinson, 12th overall with a new personal best time of 20:42

MJ Enlow, 22nd overall with a time of 22:12

Elliott King, 35th overall with a time of 23:37

Davis Young, 45th overall with a time of 25:32

Adam Wofford, 47th overall with a time of 25:34

The Devils will race again at the Annual Eye Opener this Saturday at Milliken in Spartanburg.
