Out of the abundance of caution, City offices will open at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. City of Columbia offices will not be open until 10:00 am and all non-essential personnel should not report to work until that time. Emergency police, fire and rescue services may be reached by calling 9-1-1.
